Default Some questions about my original build sheet

Emailed Chrysler my VIN for the fun of knowing what the Jeep came with when stock.

Have some questions about what the following are:

AHK Max Heavy Duty Snow Plow Prep Group
– Does that mean some sort of hooks or such for plows?

CKVP MOPAR Third Row Cargo Bins w/Table – No idea?

DSA Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle – LSD as stock?

NMCS Heavy Duty Engine Cooling – How does that one differ from a non Heavy Duty?

XEVS Tow Eye Brackets – Where do I find this and what's it for? I do have a pretty big tow hitch on as it is.

You might want to send it back to Chrysler and ask them to translate into English.
What email did you use? I might do the same thing. You have my curosity up.

Ah, sorry about that.

This should work:

While I'm not sure what exactly it entails on an XJ but a snow plow prep typically entails a higher spring rate front springs and a couple other suspension upgrades to compensate for the weight of the plow. No it won't mean there's a plow bracket to hook up a plow.

Cargobins with table? No idea

DSA Yup that's an LSD

Heavy duty engine cooling: Your jeep came with a factory 2 core radiator instead of the 1 core standard radiator.

Tow Eye: Front tow hook brackets

Ah, ok – makes sense. Was about to go out with a flashlight looking around for some sort of bracket that I had missed .

Would be nice to have, but they sure aren't in there any longer.

Cool, I was hoping for that.

Ok, stupid question maybe, but that would mean less strain on the aux. electrical fan? Also have a tranny oil radiator, but I guess that would be standard?

Tow Eye: Front tow hook brackets[/QUOTE] Will have to check if they are still there, haven't seen them so far.

Thanks for helping out.

Doesn't necessarily mean less strain on the auxiliary fan, fan only kicks on if the engine gets too hot or if the defrost is on.

Transmission cooler is built into the radiator normally but the snow plow package or the towing package would put the auxiliary cooler on the jeep.

Ah, ok, didn't know about the different coolers or that defrost would make the aux. fan engage.

Had the same thing on my build sheet:

CKVP MOPAR Third Row Cargo Bins w/Table

google provided a link to a MOPAR item named the same thing for minivans.

A full width cargo bin, where the top has legs that fold out into a table. This would have been soooo cool to have....but alas....I'm sure it's sitting in some PO's garage on a shelf.

Saw this on my build sheet too. Wish I still had it just for the cargo space.

Man I've been looking for some place convenient to serve the wine & cheese when out in the woods.
