Take a hammer and a punch and beat them out and then fish new bolts down thru the holes.....i broke all four of mine off and it took like 10 minutes to get them out and get new bolts in place.

You have a few options:
1)Hammer the old nuts out with a BFH and Punch as has been mentioned
2)Use an air hammer to do the same as #1 (this is how I do it)
3)Drill out the old bolts and tap the nuts to accept a new bolt
4)Pull the carpet and cut through the cargo area floorboards and cut out the nut and put in new hardware.
For options 1&2 there is an access hole a 3-4 inches away from the upper shock mount through which you can fish in new bolts using either wire or by taping the head of the bolt to a wrench.
Personally I think cutting the floor is unnecessary and way too much work to repair afterwards (that said I'm not much of a welder so that's part of it).

Mine snapped off too. Didn't take much effort either.
I used a long drill bit and drilled out the bolts. Opened the hole up to 1/4" to allow 1/4-20 stainless bolts to pass through. It was a little tricky getting the bolts down through the holes but not impossible by any means.
