Well I dropped the pan to clean, paint and put anew gasket on and wouldn't it figure that a bolt snpas wjile putting it back on. The damn never thing never even really got tight before snapping? Now I have everything on and good to go except for that one bolt, which I tried to tap out but with no luck. It is the 3rd on from the tranny right behind the starter. What options do I have with this thing now, Drop the pan again and start all over and try again to get it out? Drill it out and then chade or retap it a different size? Or just fill it with RTV and not worry about until I do another gasket in the future?

did it snap flush or is there any of it protruding if you were to take the pan off. something you can weld a nut to so you can use a wrench on, or at least grab it with some real vise grips?
