Small tug when driving on highway

I was on my way to community college to enroll and when I was on the highway it kept doing small "tug" basically it would feel like it got pushed back lil bit but only do it for half a second I don't lose speed when this happens it makes me feel like the engine is almost dying or lack of fuel (its really cold out and snow was on the ground) it also gave me horrible feeling that the rear axle was gonna fall off or it could be the bearings acting up.

well... any clunking? fluids good? i have had this ongoing hesitation issue... if you want more info on what measures ive taken to get rid of it, let me know...

just a thought mine was doing a thing similar to this a while back found the cps wire were worn thru and contacting the cyl head causing a slight slow hessitation then pick right back up its a easy check

I checked the cord it kind of seemed like there was expose wire but it was kind of small I still patched it though.

I drove it and I noticed I left heater on too. (never did the tug problem until Iturned it on) and I turned the heater off but it still tugs on the highway. I checked my fluids. IDK what else to do any one have any other suggestions?
