Got the xj 93 117k everything is looking good, just a quick question. The windshield wipers go painfully slow, they actually move the fastest when they are on the lowest setting. Im thinkin maybe alternator, maybe battery, or the wiper motor. I wanna know what to fix before hand so im not doin sumthin that doesn't need ta be done.

check motors first if they car is running they should be quick,
if its your alt, you wouldve noticed when you checked to see if the headlights worked....same goes for battery
