Need to replace some old stock shocks on the jeep and didnt want to break the bank.
Seen some skyjacker shocks around $35 a pop where as the Rancho RS5000 I was looking at are about $50 a pop.
So, pros/cons on either? Wanted some opinions on the two before I go out and buy some shocks =)

Not too knowledgeable on skyjacker but Rancho has been around forever and they were always the top dog. They might still be I'm not sure, but if I were you I would pay the extra bit. Hope this helps

I used to have skyjacker nitro 2000 or whatever... and they road like garbage compared to the rough country 2.2s I have now... the RC's are cheap too- and being as you can get a 2.2 stabalizer I would imagine they would have the stock sizes.. just ask the dealer on here about them for a discount- they also have some cheaper ones (like 29$)

What about Rubicon Express which always seems to come highly recommended on this site? I know they were out of the game for a while but thought they have come back.
