skyjacker lift

well i was thinking of getting a rough country 3" lift, but the local 4x4 shop talked me into a skyjacker for 1000$ installed. does this sound reasonable and is that a good lift. thanks in advance

$1000 for the lift and the labor of installing is an awesome deal with any lift kit. Skyjacker has always made a good product. They are just a little too price-y for me. I'd love to put their 8" long arm Rock Ready kit on my XJ. I'd say at that price DEFINITELY go for it!!

whats this said lift consist of?
aal's and spacers?
aals and coils?
full leaf packs and spacers?
a little more info please
