Default Signal Lights Wacky

Signal Lights dont work, all the bulbs are good, 4 ways dont work either except on rear passanger side and it just comes on solid, no flashing,. Is it a switch, a relay, or some funky fuse I dont know about? Or should I just burn the Jeep, because I hate wires Anyone dealt with this type of thing before?

oh, its a 1990 Limited

This is kind of a premature post, I havnt really troubleshot anything yet. I know that the headlights, brakelights all work. Problem is my Jeep is being built in a buddies garage and is 30 minutes away, so I'm trying to get ideas for when I get over there to try. I'll check for that, thanks

If only one light is coming on, Instinct says a ground issue.
The system is grounding out thru that one bulb and can't draw enough power to run the flasher or the rest of the lamps.
It could be the ground itself, or one of the modular plugs is in trouble.
(There's a ground screw drivers side rear, you'll have to pull the spare and the panel)

I'd pick up a new flasher too, just in case, but get somebody to take a look at the flasher first and call you with the details. It's in the large panel attached to the skirt bezel under the steering wheel.
I went to 2 parts places looking for a heavy duty (trailer rated) flasher and both listed one that had the wrong plug configuration.

Thanks brother, This thing is a wiring nightmare,it was a Navy Security Jeep in Italy before me, so this thing has hour meters everywhere, wires for sirens, PA systems, C.Bs and the whole 9 plus its a Limited with an aftermarket stereo, moon roof, power everything....makes me really appreciate my old CJ5 and its simplicity, so a ground could very well be it, they worked at one time, but I was driving once and all the lights went out, fog lights quit working after the lights came on, high beam quit, now this. Just trying to isolate the area as best I can before tackling it...or entering it in a smash up derby out of spite.

I believe the high beam is on the same fuse as the turn signals. (on a 96 anyway)
It's located in the "Power Center", the fuse box under the hood over the passenger side tire, not the fuse panel under the dash.

Mine was FD, they puled everything out but left all these live wires everywhere.

Definitely check all the grounds too, that single light being on is a 'tell'.
