Should I Buy This?
Thinking of buying this either for spares or sorting out the immobiliser issue and having it as a back up.

I will have to trailer it as its got no MOT.
After reading some posts on here about the immobiliser, I may just use it for spares. My Dana 35 diff is noisy so hopefully this one might be OK, I could have a spare set of wheels for the winter and a spare none 0331 engine, gearbox and TC.
£500 is about $750.

Being a 98 and OBDII, any Jeep dealership or independant with a high end generic scanner, should be able to at least tell you why the IMMOBI is activated or possibly even reset it to make it drivable.
That has incredibly low miles for the year...............I say jump on it.
(IMMOBI is the abreviation used on our Honda scan tools.)

That's a "YES" then!
Ok, I have emailed the owner and hopefully should hear back today.
Will update when and if I get it.
There are loads of Jeeps like this over here, mostly VM diesels but I prefer the 4.0L , I am looking for a really peachy one so I can get it converted to LPG, then my fuel costs are reduced by approx 40%.
