start with 2 degree shims and go from there. with a 4.5" lift you should really do an SYE and a cv driveshaft, but until then id do 2 degree shims and a 1" TC drop, that should take care of any vibrations. just dont be too rough on it until you get an SYE, dont wanna yank your slip yolk outta your TC.

I know shims are only $20, but you will need anywhere from 2 deg to 8 deg. You need to go to Harbor freght or the hardware store and buy a angle gauge, and measure your angles. then buy the correct shim for YOUR rig. No two jeep are exactly alike. I never have understood why people insist on thoughing parts at a problem till it happens to go away. You do that most times, you will not know what the original cause was or which fix worked, for sure.
Ever heard the saying, "Measure twice, cut once.." That applies to most anything in life. Diagnose a problem, and ONLY then do you fix it. You could start at 2 deg and work your way up, but why spend $100 for a $20 fix.
