Shimming Rocker Arms on Rebuilt Head?

I'm getting ready to install a rebuilt cylinder head on my 96 4.0L and I'm pretty sure it was resurfaced. Does this usually require shimming the rocker arms or do shops usually grind the valve stems to compensate? Does anyone have a part number for a shim set? I ordered a set a loooong time ago for a stroker but I can't find the part number anywhere.

I used these... 4.0/4.2L ROCKER ARM SHIM SET PN:HESRASK | Hesco You cannot shim the rockers until you are all put together. variables such as milling block or head, head gasket thickness, cam size all matter. I put the .030 shims in my stroker. It is quieter and no issues

The guy in this video (below) has a pretty good grip on your question with solutions. I put roller rockers in my '66 Mustang last summer and had to buy an adjustable push rod tool to measure the final assembly for correct length. The last thing I bought was the correct length pushrods. I bought my tool from Summit, COMP Cams 7903-1 COMP Cams Magnum Checking Pushrods | Summit Racing but they are available at several places. The adjustable pushrod may just put you at ease that you still have the right clearances.
