Serious Whine at 2 grand

Serious Whine at 2 grand
At Idle, no problems. Anything near 2k on the tach and i get an annoying whine. Belt looks good, I changed the idler pulley, flipped the belt adjusted tension... nothing. It doesn't seem like my pumps or my alternator are taking a crap, everything else seems good (in the belt area at least). I am about to just slap a "SUPERCHARGED" badge on 'er and call it there. Anyone else?
