Default Seat swap and seat wiring

I swapped 1992 leather Grand Cherokee motorized seats into my 1994 Cherokee. It was not a direct swap by any means. Bolt patterns are very different in the floor and seat to base. I made a flat adapter out of 1.5 inch flat bar.
My burning question - what are the green and black wires coming out of the floor under the drivers seat at the seat belt? They don't seem to be for seat belt sensor and aren't showing voltage. I would like to use them for power for fore and aft travel.
