i searched but didnt find a clear answer.
A guy gave me near brand new 97 + XJ seats. no brackets.
I went to JY and found a bracket from a 98.
I have a 91 xj. I didnt pay attention but i think the floor board is different.
(im at work or i d go there and look)

Are they different?
Any mods to make them work?

 

Just take out the old seats, mount the rails in the same area, and drill holes for bolts as needed.

 

cant.. the old seat brackets are narrow and the new seats are standard..
If it were that easy i wouldnt be asking this question
