seat belt sticks in latch
so after spending a solid minute trying to unbuckle myself from my stopped 99 XJ I went into the house to search for why the darn thing sticks. I thought about blasting it full of wd-40 but decided I might want to ask the experts on what a better solution would be to fix this thing from jamming up. Are parts just worn out or is it a job grease can fix?

You can pray it with WD40. That would clean it out. But you still need to get some good penetrating oil and spray it down. WD40 is not a penetrating oil.
