General cleaner for your fuel system. The back of the bottle has all necessary instructions, as well, I've heard, as the web site.
Take my advice, when using additives, wade into the water. Some guys grab the stuff, jolt their system by pouring it in everything, and end up with clogged cat converters.
I personally, pour half a can into the gas tank ONLY with a full tank fill up, about every other oil change. It increases the gas mileage (and power) for about 3 or 4 months by scrubbing your fuel injectors clean.
Again, some guys will tell you to pour it in everything. Do so at your own risk.

Also, if you search this site with the search tool, you should come up with about 10,000 hits.
Good-luck, have fun.

I use it and love it, i put in the gas tank only at full, also put it in the oil let it idle for about 15-20min then change my oil. I also will run a full can thru the brake booster line. Now remember when running it thru your intake it can foul out spark plugs and clog cats . I use it about a week before i change out my plugs and i use it in the oil once every 10 or so oil changes. I run it thru the gas tank every couple of months. Also it makes one hell of a smoke show, youtube it.

What is it?
Chemical.......Wt. %
Pale Oil.........40.00-60.00
Naptha..........25.00-35.00
IPA...............10.00-20.00
That is from the Material Safety Data Sheet for SEAFOAM dated 01/01/2010
The interesting chemical in the mix is IPA. I've done some research and in the chemical world the only time I could find use of IPA was as an acronym for Isopropyl Alcohol.
The number represent content by weight. The reason for the wide range is to keep the actual blend a 'secret'.
I use it, in the fuel tank mixing 1 to 1.5 ounce per gallon of fuel.
Been using it for over 6 years now in motorcycles, cars, trucks, and lawn equipment.
Even with seafoam in the fuel, I do not let any fuel sit in any tank for more than 90 days. At the 90 day mark, I remove all fuel and put it in my daily drivers. I then refill the vehicles that don't get used frequently with freshly treated fuel.
