b12 will eat the buildup out of your injectors if you soak them..They make a gallon can called chem dip also. Seafoam is good for carbon buildup through the intake but not really as effective as b12 in the tank. b12 will eat your paint..
Just did it on my xj with 120k. I let the seafoam settle for a like 15 minutes. Started it up and let it sit for a couple minutes. Then took it for a drive. I was going up a hill and almost instantly could feel the HP back, with a trail of smoke behind. To say the least this stuff is amazing. Im planning on doing it on my dads Tahoe tomorrow. Knowing that crap wont her back when offroading and on the highway, makes me feel awhole lot better.

As far as putting it in your intake to clean carbon, tap water works better from what I've seen, yeah seafoam smokes when doing that, but because its an oil product, you see the seafoam burning, not carbon.

She walks, she talks, she slithers on her belly --- and in the back room for an extra $5 -----.
Snake oil!
Wish as you might, there's no such thing as a mechanic in a can.
Soak a carboned up piston in it - nothing.
Try cleaning your hands with it - nothing.
Try burning it - nothing.
Try absorbing water with it - nothing.
Try removing oil with it - nothing.
Water acts the same.
It's high performance stuff - for the makers - very high profit for light oil, rubbing alcohol, and a touch of Naptha. The ink on the packaging is worth much more.
They go on the placebo effect. The only way they stay on the market is with testimonials - same like the table salt additive marketed to make your battery last longer - ( as advertised in Popular Mechanics Mag. XR-7?)
