screwy fuel gauge
For the year i have owned the Jeep it has done this but. Is it normal for the gauge to be all over the place? when i first start the jeep is probably the only time i actually get a proper reading. as soon is i accelerate the needle drops and goes back and forth i assume with the sloshing fuel but it never tells me the right level while driving. If its an xj thing than so be it i will deal but if it actually a problem its one i would love to fix.

I've got a '91 and had a '92 and the needle goes down when I take off or go up a hill and it goes up when I stop or go down a hill but it stays fairly constant in between. Not that bad.
