Got some nasty scratches on the jeep. I was wondering what to us to fix it.

I dont care about looks really. Hell, I like the scratches cuz they add character. I just want to prevent rust. Some of the marks go down to metal.

You can try Dupli-Color it comes in most factory colors

 

Clean it really well with isopropyl alcohol (the higher percentage of alcohol the better) or even warm water and Dawn dish soap, let it dry real good, then clear nail polish works pretty decent at just covering small spots like that.

 

I've always kept a little spray can of that for mine... the character factor is cool... me too...but like the OP.... just something that will keep the one thing that never sleeps from getting any worse.
