a month ago I had to pry out my transmission drain plug. It looks like I scratched the surface where the drain plug is supposed to seal, and now the drain plug doesn't seal properly. How can I fix this problem?

Auto part stores have a sealing washer that has a rubber center and a steel outer ring that should help it seal .

Now two of the pan bolts are stripped. Can I just get new bolts or do you think I stripped the bolt holes also?
