i think i kinda like the two high two low look... i could bolt them all the way through the roof and into the brace across the top of the windshield... i dont have a headliner right now so now is the time to do something i guess... gotta redo it since the chop still... ive got some 1in square tube... maybe i should try and build something... i just think with the chop it may look funny with lights on top and not in a roll bar or something... heck i dunno...

ive seen one around town with two mounted on the hood but i would think they would be all in the way... anyone done this and think its good or bad idea? maybe it was on the cowl... on each corner... like the wranglers do sometimes i think...

just wire them right into your old rear defrost lines. the relay for the defrost is plenty to push some hellas

i took them off today... there hella 500's... two of them have covers and not the other 2... im not huge on having them anyways really... dont see the point... maybe ill see if i can find some cheap... i also got the two relays and the light up switches... i think im going to make my own mount for the pillar and then on the backside attach a mirror so im not braking that law anymore! think im going to trace and cut my grill and mount the other two kinda recessed in... theres a metal trim running under the bottom side of the grill that should help with strength!

I know this is an old post and you probably have already mounted them by now but here are some pics of mine on my old Blazer that I sold to get the XJ.

And yes, that is SNOW in Alabama!!! (and the wife and lab in the heat while I was out in the cold! haha
