Default S-10 leaf pack help...

So, I have a set of s-10 leaf packs that came off my old truck when I lowered it. I understand I have to cut the end off and add them to my Jeep pack, but what I need to know is, Do I need to take my Jeep pack apart and remove all except the main or do they all stay? Also, what size front coils will be needed? A 3" or +/-? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

i used the main from the jeep and the entire pack from the s-10, you will have to open up the center pin hole on the s-10 springs the fit the same bolt as the jeep. late 90s f150 front springs will give you a nice lift up front but it will be stiff.

Okay, that's what I figured. I just wanted to be 100% sure.

If anyone has any indication as to what lift in the front I'll need, I still need to know that.

Thanks again, Throttle Jockey

you could go with grand cherokee v8 front coils but you will need spacers to get the full 3" (little smoother ride)

Okay, man. I really appreciate it. Also, what you're saying, is that I'll need a 3" coil? If so, I'm just going to order some RC 3" springs and a TC drop kit.

Thank you so much, man.
