running WITHOUT trac bar for a day?

will i be fine to drive to school and back without a trac bar? i dont have time to install it tonight and i need a few new grade 8 bolts that arent rusted to hell.

no you will have no steering

go try and steer it without the track bar. you jeep will move back and forth over the axle

if your going to do that just tape the throttle to the floor and un bolt the steering wheel while your at it.
that track bar holds the axle in line with the body. go out there with a flash light and put the old worn out one with rusty bolts back on and drive it like that for a day, i dont care how late it is you need to have a trac bar to do anything more than roll it around the driveway.
its also dangerous to other drivers to drive it like that.

yea go ahead, i heard if you take your tires off and replace them with rollerskates your jeep will be faster too

alright ill just take my moms suburban tomorrow lol i have a new rockkrawler trac bar but i need to install it but i dont know if ill get to it tonight and i need new bolts to mount the trac bar bracket.

ouch! I smell something burning....

try to connect it if possible, i had mine in the socket place for the tracbar and i was able to steer it fine till i could get it to the shop, i just went really slowwww, but it was my decision and i was careful driving, just dont do anything stupid, good luck

use the burban do not take that big of a chance trying to drive with no track bar

im just gonna drive the suburban tomorrow and take it to a shop and work on it to get old bracket off cus that ***** isnt coming off my hand.

good choice i would hate to see on the news a fellow xj'er injured or killed over stupid choice
