running rough map sensor?

Default running rough map sensor?

ok its running really rough and idleling high. ive checked it for vaccum leaks and have found none. only thing i can figure is the map sensor. any suggestions?

did you check your iac(idle air control) sensor or your tps (Throttle position sensor) sensor??

i just changed the tps sensor not to long ago
whats the iac sensor and where is it?

and it did throw a code for the map

its the idle air control sensor, its right next to your tps sensor on the throttle body, usually if you take it out and clean it or replace it, it helps a bunch with the rough idles and staling problems.

man i wish i wouldve tried that. i tried every other sensor they had and couldnt figure it out so i got pissed offf and brought it too the shop lol

yeah, whenever i get super over it, i just close up shop and start tomorrow!! haha i hate those days. well anywho, hope i was helpfull a bit.

hmm well turned out it wasnt a sensor at all. lost number 4 cylinder
