running light trouble help

I have been having a issue on my 99 xj that i can not figure out what is wrong. My left side running lights went out the other day (both the same time) and I am stumped. I have checked the bulbs and they are fine. the fuse is good. I have break light and turn signals and my right side running lights work. What could be my issue?

Sounds like a problem with the wires or a connection. Check where the wires for those lights hook into the rest of the harness. Then, you'll need to trace the entire wire from connection to the bulbs and check for a short. It's probably in the short section between the harness and the first light.
