Well right now i'm running at around 175-180. It is taking forever(15-20 min) to get there, even with the heat off. I have a factory 195 tstat. The ambient air temp is around 0-15 on average in the morning. Should I be running a higher amount of rad. fluid to water in my rad? I know rad fluid is less efficient compared to water with heat reduction. It would be nice to have heat after a couple minutes instead of 20. Any suggestions would be a lot of help. Thanks

Those are some pretty cold temps and my guess it's just going to take a bit for the engine to warm up. Check the t-stat for fully closed position. The engine will warm up quicker if the vehicle is driven vs sitting idling. Maybe a piece of cardboard in front of the rad during the cold months. One drawback with a belt driven fan is it's always working whether it's needed or not.
