Default rumble

ive had this issue for the better part of a few months now and its driving me crazy. its a 99 4.0 aw4 231tc. one day out of the blue I developed a rumble when coming to a stop like the last 5mph to full stop. it feels like im running over rumble strips but its not isolated to the brakes or steering, I just feel it under the jeep. even if I coast forward in drive without applying the brakes I still feel it. It only happens from 5mph or less, anything above that is smooth and no vibrations all the way up to 80mph. this is what ive replaced

front rotors and pads=no change
rear drums and pads= no change
took off front driveshaft for a week= no change
swapped out the d35 for a 8.25(new bearings and seals) with donor driveshaft and new u joints=no change
swapped out front rotors again=no change
obviously abs has been disabled and fuses pulled

where do I go from here? im trying to avoid taking it to a shop cuz around me they overcharge for the dumbest things.

I would check to see if your motor mounts and trans mount are in good shape (not cracked/split/sagging) and make sure your exhaust isn't touching the trans cross member. Also make sure the trans is bolted tightly to the engine, and the TC to the trans.

It does sound like drivetrain problem though, but you replaced alot of it already. Are all the U-joint straps tight?

See I was thinking trans mount also but I don't think it would rumble at such low speeds. Even an unbalanced tire wouldn't do it at 5 mph or less

Does it rumble all the time at 5 mph? Like if you are just cruising at 5? Or only when stopping?

All the time. Either when braking the last 5 mph or just coasting forward at 5 mph or less. Just like driving over rumble strips slowly.
