Default Rugged Ridge crossover steering tierods

anyone know if i can get tie rods from a autoparts store to replace my rugged ridge tie rods?

Do you need the whole assembly or just the tie rod ends? I'd assume you could match up either if you brought it in.

I was even thinking I can go with a 7/8s gm one tone tie rod.
