Rubicon Express RE6030 lift kit with small tires?
Hello everyone, first post here.
Just picked up a stock 97 XJ and love it. I've done some research and I think I want to go with the RE6030 3.5" lift kit. The problem is the Jeep has brand new 235/75R15 Firestone Destination A/T's on it from the previous owner (like 1,500 miles on them). I really like everything about the tires except the size.
Right now I can't afford both another set of tires and a lift kit.
Will it look ridiculous with those small tires on it? Does anyone have any pictures of a 3.5" lift with 235/75R15 tires?
Thanks for any help.

This was mine last week with RE 3.5 Superflex and 235/75R15 Peerless AT's ....

I rode that for about a month until I got my 31x1050r15 ProComp Xterrain AT's and ProComp 7069's and it looks like this...

Next is Bushwacker cut outs, front and rear bumpers and roof rack.

Thanks for the replies guys, that's exactly what I was looking for.
I'm trying to line up a set of 2003 Wrangler Rubicon Wheels with some 235/85R16 BFG A/T tires from a friend, but it may not happen for 6 months or so.
The reason I'm hesitant about selling the stock tires right now is I know the previous owner paid $520 (he gave me receipt) for them and I doubt I would get more than $300 or so for them (I know I'm being kinda stubborn).
I may decide to keep my tires for running in the winter and wanted to make sure they didn't look completely ridiculous. They don't look great, but I can live with it a few months a year.
Thanks again.

I should've mentioned this will be my DD for another 5 years or so. As much as I'd love to run some 33" mud tires right now, I'm going to have to settle for something that's a little more streetable and wont kill my mileage.
Thanks again for all the pics. I think I'm going to go ahead with the lift. The rear springs are sagging really bad and instead of spending the money on new stock leaf springs, I'd rather bite the bullet and get the RE6030 3.5" kit now and get the tires when I can afford them.
