Hey guys, ive been having rubbing noises in my 01 xj when I throw it into gear. It only seems to happen in the mornings now that it has gotten colder out. Any idea what it could be? Its hard to pinpoint, but I am thinking its coming from the rear.

 

It also only does it when it first starts up, anything after that I don't hear anything, any help would be great! Thanks!
