Unhappy Rubber burning smell!!

I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I have a rubber burning smell coming from my engine compartment. The smell is noticeable from inside the cab after a couple minutes of constant driving at running temp. After I stop and lift the hood, I can really smell it near the SB and the alternator. Basically between the battery and right side of the motor.

Initially I thought the SB was slipping, but it is a new belt that I installed. Maybe it is too tight? There isn't any wearing on the belt.

The smell only occurs while driving in motion. When it is idling it wont create the smell even if you rev it up.

HAve you done a good looking around in the engine bay. Get under it over it everything and look and smell everything if you cant see anything. Thats where I would start. How tight is you belt?

I looked around on top. I haven't got underneath. I do have a leaking headgasket.. so I have been told because people have seen white smoke blow out. The belt i would say you can pull it up from initial spot up about 1cm.

Its not a bad leak if there is one. It looks like regular oil. I has looked the same for the last 3 years.

The tire is smelling really bad? I would check for rubbing on something. Or try moving it and see what happens
