Default rough idle and loss of volts and gas

my jeep was running rough, symptoms were;
rough idle
loss of electric power
bad backfires
would not keep running sometimes in cold mornings
extreme loss of gas
and only 12 or less mpg

i found out the fuel pump was going so i swapped it out
car ran decent for a week,
then these symptoms came back in this order
loss of electric power,
rough idle
even more extreme loss of gas
and 11mpg (but was doing before gas loss around 16)

i was letting it sit and idle for a bit once and it ended up blowing the ignition fuse, no idea what that was and hasn't done it since

also in the past 3 times i have started it there has been a loss of about a 1/16th of a tank each time, it also would reset the stereo like it was killing the battery,

no idea what it is now, i also have been having the code that says the ecm has been disconected from the battery in the past 100 key turns, i have checked the the power and ground connections and they are fine... no idea what is with that,

i am a person who does not want to take my jeep to the shop but i really need this fixed and this is my last try to figure out what is going on.

any help is much appreciated

thanks

colter

My first guess is an o2 sensor. Have you put it on a code reader? There's no way the CEL is still off?!

cuirser54 and CCKen have great writeups on refreshing grounds and other electrical connectors. I suggest you start there. Get the codes read and report back

Hopefully will have time tomorrow to check codes, will post when I get them
fixed o2 sensor but still my muffler isn't the best and I need to. Redo my whole exhaust system, but again this morning somehow a 16th of my tank just disappears it happens yesterday twice and again today, no idea because there is no gas leaking out anywhere,

Check your dipstick to see if it smells like gas or open the oil cap and smell for gas. I know this can happen on small engines(lawn mower) don't know if it applies to FI eng.
