Default Rough idle issues!

I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with the 4.0 in it. Recently I did a motor swap, with another inline 6. Thermostat, thermostat housing, water pump, cps, iacv, neutral safety switch and heater hoses, spark plugs and wires are all new. After the swap it took some doing to get it running since I didn't notice my battery was faulty. Soon as I put a new battery in crunk right up and idled beautifully. Only issue it had was accelerating from stopped position. Accelerating from start it would struggle until I started to go faster then it would be fine.....it never struggled EXCEPT from stop. I added some injector cleaner but wasn't paying attention and added the whole bottle which is supposed to treat 25 gallons. I only had about 1/4 tank of gas and was going to fill up right after but I had to go help some family. Finally I went to crank it and ever since the injector cleaner has been in it, it idles very rough and eventually after a few minutes cuts off. I've tested the map sensor and it says its good and the tps as well. Checked vacuum lines and they're good and honestly have no idea what else to check for. When I crank it it'll still idle very rough but won't turn off as long as I throttle it to keep it running. When I first crank it it'll idle by itself....then I notice it will go between higher and lower RPMS and then once it gets lower it gets ready to shut off unless I give it gas.
Any ideas anyone??? I've been stuck on this for about a week now and me and my buddies can't figure out what else to replace.
