Rough Idle, Check Engine light On and obd2 scanner not reading
The cylinders are numbered from the front (radiator), #1 being the closest to the rad. The firing order is 153624.
I recommend going with the Champion RC12ECC (438) plugs. For some reason Champion RC12ECC plugs are becoming hard to find. NGK ZFR5N (3459) plugs are an acceptable substitute if you can't find Champions.

Changed plugs to NGK and replaced the ignition coil rail. Even went back to OEM injectors. The two codes come back.
went for a short spin and the check engine light flashes when I give it some gas. only got up to 40mph.
Any other suggestions that I can take a look at?
cyl 1 & 2 plugs-but all of them look the same tho
Don't think they look bad. Could it be the Crank Sensor going bad?

Traced the problem back to the PCM- had it replaced under warranty. Codes are now gone and the car idles as it should.
But know the jeep shuts off randomly every 10-15 min. WTF could it be now. I'm thinking it has to be the PCM once again.

Did you check the PCM ground?
Pic below shows the ground point G101. Pic shows G101 on a '99 but the only difference should be that there is no coil at this spot on your 2000 Light-Duty Truck. The pic lists the circuits grounded at G101. If there is a loose connection or if there is corrosion under the terminal ends it could cause intermittant function of the PCM.

Sorry. let me clarify.
Last night I drove the jeep tot he car wash- drove fine but it did die once on me. It started right up. Once it started again- I drove it for about 20 min or so.
This morning, the Jeep shut off once on the way to work..started back up after 5min..drove it for about 15min and then it it just shut off. This time it did not want turn ON at all.
I'm thinking it should be another PCM issue. No way that it would be a crank position sensor issue. That would be too odd, but not impossible.
I'll check for any loose wiring as you per your suggestion CCKen
