alright so I figure i would post this up due to alot of researching I am seeing I'm not the only one that had this problem. my 2000 xj started running really rough and had a cel on. I went to autozone and they said it was a bad pcm code and a bank 2 02 sensor. So i figured it would be easy to swap the 02 sensor before swapping or buying a pcm. once I swapped the o2 sensor and rest everything the idle has restored to normal and no more light as of this morning. seems to me that the sensor had malfunctioned and was not sending a reading back to the pcm which was throwing the other code. Anywas just wanted to post up the info to maybe help someone out so they don't needlessly replace a perfectly good pcm
