Rough idle and bucking fix
Hey guys I just wanted to post a thread incase people where looking more recently. Anyways I had a rough idle and engine bucking mostly on the highway but it did happen pretty much anywhere. Well my fix after looking on many of the jeep forums was take off and clean the throttle body and the iac.
I have seen a few threads where people have purchased almost everything under the sun and no fix besides sensors.
Task took about an hour tops and now my XJ runs like she was new.
Anyways just putting it out there if it helps somebody.

Yea I was going to clean first then address it if it didn't fix it but since it did next time I'll probably just pick up a new one to replace it all together. The TPS looked like it wasn't that old just at a glance looking at the sensor but yes eventually I'm just going to replace them as preventative maintenance later on
