Default rough idle??

Ok so after driving my jeep when it gets warm then I shut it off then start it up and drive a short distance then start it up again it has a really rough idle almost as if it is missing out?? But if I rev it up and get goin it clears right up then I have no problems until I dive a short distance again and shut it down then restart it...its not an every time thing either some days it doesn't do it at all...I've ran numerous bottles of Lucas fuel injector cleaner and replaced the plugs and cleaned the k&n filter...any ideas on what it might be??

Use seafoam deep creep through your throttle body, then get the liquid and suck half the bottle through the vacuum line on your brake booster, then pour the other half in your gas tank...the stuff is amazing, search seafoam on this forum and see what you get!

its just heat soak. its completely normal and youll learn to live with it. if you cant take it anymore the dealer offers heat shields for the trouble injectors. basically teh fuel evaporates before it gets to the combustion chamber after a heat soak. ive been told the heat shields clean the problem up completely, but have not done it to my own ride. i just live with the occasional heat soak and go about my day.
