99 Cherokee 217,000 miles. Takes a second to crank with pumping the gas and idles rough and if you dont keep on the gas it'll die. Dont know how it started this but it just did and I can't figure it out. Any suggestions please

 

Verify fuel pressure (plug in a gauge at the fuel rail). Your fuel pump sounds like it could be bad.

 

I dont have a gauge for that but ill get one tomorrow I was told it could have jump time and I'm not to sure on that, or how to check that
