rough idle

My 96 sp has been idle real rough in gear I cleaned the map sensor and it helped Some but its still rough and I have a misfire in #1cyl any ideas how to fix?

last tune up was start with basics,check for codes

Always do the easy stuff first. Get some champion copper spark plugs, new spark plug wires, and a new distributor cap. Also could run some fuel injector cleaner through just for good measure.
