Rough Drive
I have a 2000 XJ 2.5 Petrol and at 2000rpm the car splutters and hesitates and lacks power, I can feel the lack of power up from 2000rpm as well. I have replaced the TPS, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned IAC, replaced both lambda sensors with decent ones, not knock offs. Lambdas helped a bit when replaced but the problem is back now, I am thinking maybe the MAP sensor from reading up on it? But would a dodgy MAP give out this issue? Thanks in advance!!

If it's running that bad, it ought to be giving you a check engine light. Have you pulled the trouble codes? They can help you figure out the problem.

My check engine light hasn't ever come on and I have had the car since September 
I have a code reader but not OBD2 reader will this pull the right codes? Sorry I am new to this all thank for the help!
