You should take another look at the X series setup. That's what I went with after adding some stuff up.
First, add up the regular RC 4.5 setup w/ leafs, their adjustable trac bar, the adjustable upper and lower control arms, extended brake lines, quick disconnects, and the 9k series or whichever shocks.
Then compare that to the price of the X series package. Not to mention, if you order from RC and talk to Jeff (ext. 125), tell him you're from Jeep Forum. He'll give you 10% off.

thats not to bad! i have about 2200$ to buy a jeep for a dd and the lift so im trying to figure all this out. i already have the tires and rims just no jeep or lift lol
Yup, side to side. When I put in my lift I was still using the original track bar location and it shifted the axle to the passenger side so I redrilled the hole and centered the axle. I have about 5 inches of lift.

ya i did it on my zj when i had 3.5 inches of lift.
as far as this lift i havnt bought it yet im just trying to find a decent lift for about 600$

alright sweet nice to know. hopefully i find an xj tomorrow! lol im carless as of now. looked at about 10 xjs already and they are all crap
