Anyone know the measurements of the cherokee roof? Theres a local guy selling a home made rack I dont know if it will fit?

I think that the xj roof is only like 72". 88" is over 7 feet

 

I can tell you off the top of my head it's approx 57" wide, I dont know from front to rear tho.

 

b4 even trying to size it. the rack has no bottom? so everything you put up theer will be sitting on your actual roof so you wouldnt be able to mount anything there just tie it down or use the rack for looks. idk if its worth the $150

 

I think it is worth about $100 without the bottom and if it needs to be modified it to fit. The metal to build one is pretty expensive right now.

 

looks to big to me. but you could cut and reweld it back to a useable size pretty easy
