Finally got mine started yesterday...took off the upright, then went to take the sliding rail assemblies off...They ended up in two pieces. No big, made it easier to get the fabric and foam off!! I cleaned up the areas and got them welded back together, but my main problem looks to be the mounting holes...the metal under the nut STAYED under the nut, now I have big gaping holes there...like I said I'm planning on beefing it up, and didn't get pics yesterday, but I will get some today and post up when I can.

Okay...got the frame repaired, the first pix are the areas that broke..
Re-welded together, and got it primed and painted. For the beef-up I used a piece of 2" wide 1/8" thick flat stock, cut to fit and drilled new mounting holes. Last pic with arrows shows the new bracing...





Putting it all back together tomorrow, I'll let you know how it works out then...
