replacing t-case is there a tourque setting?

Engine: 4.0L high output with compressed valves
replacing t-case is there a tourque setting?
so im replacing the transfer case cover, chain, and rear driveshaft gear. I was told there is a torque setting for doing so...........advice anyone?
