Replacing Hatch Shocks/ Painting Side Molding
So right now I'm trying to fix up my 98' Cherokee Sport XJ that has 195,000 miles on it so it'll last me a few more years to get me through college.
One of the problems is that the rear hatch shocks just simply don't have any compression and they are not strong at all. I bought a pair of shocks that said they should work with my XJ, but for some reason when you attach them to the ball joint they just slip out. Any ideas?
Also I am attempting to paint the side molding of the car since it has turned from it's original black to a grey/green color. Which type of spray paint would you recommend?
Thanks!
