Replacing Flexplate

Year: 1992 with 260k miles
Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: 4.0 Inline 6
When putting the flexplate back on, should I put thread locker on the bolts connecting it to the engine and torque convertor? It looks like the torque convertor bolts may have thread locker, but the ones connecting to the crank dont.

The torque is a lot higher so they hold better but there's only one way to fix it if they come loose and it's not fun. I threw some thread locker on for peace of mind, not sure what the FSM officially states but any bolt you don't have access to check torque it's always a safe bet.
