Replaced the blower motor resistor and now I have no gauges

Replaced the blower motor resistor and now I have no gauges
Dropped the panel down. Replaced the resistor. Turned it on and the heater works, but now I have no gauges or radio. Didn't unclip anything besides the resistor. Ideas?
