Replace starter, acquire transmission knock?
So, I don't know why I keep getting these problems whenever I install things at first.
I took out the old factory starter and replaced it with the same one (except newer, obviously), started the car and now there's a new knock that wasn't there before.
Any ideas? I'm almost assuming this is a normal thing to have happen on a new starter.
EDIT: Put the factory starter back in, no knocking noise at all now. Sounds it's time to send the new one back.
