Default Repairing door hinge wiring

What's the best way to troubleshoot/repair open circuits due to door hinging in the XJ? I have a 2000 Limited and my DS door speakers are silent. Any insight appreciated.

did u install a new headunit? if so did u do it yourself? i did mine and i didnt hook up wires right. just an idea.

im have the same prob in my 99 xj thinkin of running a new wire from my aftermarket right through the wire loom to the speaker

i had no door locks, power windows only worked when drivers door was open, and drivers speaker didnt work!!! i removed drivers door and repaired 6 wires at hinge bend in wiring harness. everything working properly since.
