Map sensor is new, vaccum line from throttle to map is checked.
But i will check all the data and write it down as suggested.
Vaccum, sensors resistances, etc.

It will take me few days to do it since i got lots of work atm and i'm mad at him, and don't want to even look at him....
And i need to replace manifold gasket. Already got it.

New does not automatically rule out components, and the parameters are needed to look at the totality of a given scenario since we can't be there.

Hello after a long break.
I finally decided to buy REM+ from Nick, and i could read parameters from my car today.
So one issue was with intake air temp sensor (i have added ground cable and it was a mistake, it showed +119celsius, fixed that).
Everything seems to be working fine but i have found 2 problems.
1. VOLTAGE
Voltage is about 12.5V. Normally when i check car with multimeter its 13.5+, i have checked the pins on diagnostic socket and its ~13.7 v there too, but on one pin it's 12.5.
I have no idea if thats the volatage from ecu or what, i need to track that wire but couldn't do it today.

2. LTFT/STFT
LTFT stays at 166.
STFT is about 30-50 at ittle, when i drive it it may go up to 100+ sometimes but not for a long time.
What could be the cause?
I think i have a small leak between exhaust manifold and engine head.

I also made a movie showing all parameteres.
Do you guys see something strange?

IAT sensor not reading right will surely skew the LTFT. Its trying to either add or subtract a gigantic amount of fuel when that far off. Drive it a week with the IAT fixed and see how it is then.
Charging Voltage: Measure with KOEO on the - and + of the battery itself on the actual battery terminals and report back.

An exhaust leak as you describe can let air into the exhaust between the exhaust pulses and that will read as a lean condition on the O2 sensor, so the ECU will add a lot more fuel. Enough to reduce power and to give terrible mpg. I would definitely make sure there are no such leaks as the next step.

The battery isn't new, it has 12.6v afair with koeo.

About the exhaust leak - i have a new gasket already but.... this is so terribly designed to remove exhaust manifold...
Mine is also a bit 'twisted' or i don't know how to call it in english, but it doesnt fit perfectly. Surface when it touches to the engine head is grinded but the external pipes are bending inside and i need to put some force when try to catch the bolts.

EDIT:

I have reseted PCM, LTFT stays at 128, STFT now is about 80-90.
Hope ill be able to change manifold gasket this staurday.

EDIT 2:
Gasket replaced, no changes. But anyway, my jeep tried to lower the fuel = if o2 sensor would read too much oxygen in my exhaust then it would add more fuel not remove.
I bought fuel pressure tester. Thats my next step.

Fuel pressure checked. 30-31psi at iddle, 38-40psi i would say without vacuum.
Made some test run after all those adjustements. For sure it has a little more power, or it's distributed in a better way, dont know mpg yet.

Aaaand heater stopped working, probably heater core is clogged...
I <3 my jeep =]
